Harry Ngoo
Physiotherapist, APAM
BSc, Doctor of Physiotherapy
Harry is a passionate physiotherapist dedicated to helping you recover from pain, move better, feel stronger, and get back to doing what you love. He takes a holistic approach, combining different treatment strategies best suited for each individual client, to help you achieve your best health. He uses hands-on treatment (soft tissue massage, trigger point release, joint mobilisations, joint manipulation, dry needling) and individualised exercise rehabilitation to help you achieve the best results.
Harry is skilled in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including sports injuries, spinal issues (including neck pain and back pain), post-operative recovery, workplace injuries, and injury prevention. With a strong background in musculoskeletal and occupational physiotherapy, Harry works in private practice and in occupational health, giving him a deep insight into workplace injuries and ergonomic care. He stays up to date with the latest physiotherapy research to provide evidence-based treatment and empower clients with self-management strategies to support long-term recovery.
Beyond the clinic, Harry has worked with various sporting clubs, including local footy teams and Port Melbourne Soccer Club, which competes in NPL Victoria at the highest level of soccer in the state. His firsthand experience in high-performance environments allows him to understand the demands of different sports and tailor rehabilitation programs accordingly.
Outside of work, Harry leads an active lifestyle. With years of strength training experience in and out of the gym, he now trains as a hybrid athlete, also taking up long-distance running. After completing 2 half-marathons in 2024, he is now training for 2 full marathons in 2025 – a challenging but exciting goal (or so he says). His athletic background helps him relate to both recreational and competitive athletes, providing practical and professional guidance on injury prevention and performance enhancement.

While he’s not working or training, Harry enjoys travelling, exploring, learning about cultures, and eating good food. Harry also speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.

Harry offers physiotherapy, manual therapy, dry needling, clinical pilates, exercise rehabilitation. He holds a Doctor of Physiotherapy from the University of Melbourne and completed additional training in dry needling.
