PILATES

Clinical Pilates is led by qualified physiotherapists who have extensive knowledge of the human body, it’s injuries/pathologies and rehabilitation from musculoskeletal conditions.

It is commonly used for people with an existing injury or history of pain related conditions as a part of an active form of physiotherapy treatment to manage pain and enhance client’s recovery.

As we target the area of pain and body movement, the right exercises ease your symptoms and prevent reoccurrence. With the tailored program from your physiotherapist, you can work towards your recovery goals with guidance from a professional in a safe environment.

What we require

Our experienced physiotherapists tailor a Pilates programs for individual needs and
their goals. Thus, we require all clients to complete a Clinical Pilates assessment session prior to joining a group class so that our physiotherapists understand our client’s medical history, pre-existing conditions and current concerns.
