Pia graduated from Charles Sturt university in 2015 with a Bachelor of physiotherapy. She has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and sports physiotherapy from back in Korea. She completed her physiotherapy course in South Korea in 2008, post graduate she was practicing in musculoskeletal field for 2 years. She was highly motivated to study further in order to expand and explore her career, it brought her to Australia to study further.
Pia enjoys approaching all injuries with a blend of manual and rehabilitation physiotherapy. She is passionate about clinical Pilates as a treatment method, as it is essential to the development of core strength, injury rehabilitation and prevention. Pia tailors her Clinical Pilates practice to each patient individually to provide the best quality of care. She currently runs 10 Pilates classes per week at My Health Plus.
Pia has a special interest in lower back pain, shoulder rehabilitation and migraine and has completed work cover/TAC early intervention physiotherapy framework, McKenzie Part A, Dry Needling course. She has continued her professional development in the area of Sport rehabilitation and woman’s health.
