Tia is an experienced and passionate generalist psychologist, who has extensive experience in providing psychological services to a range of adult clients presenting with a variety of issues across the adult life span, together with a broad experience of risk assessment and management.

She is also a registered provider to Workcover, TAC, Victims of Crime, and Forgotten Australians Program.

She is experienced in the assessment, treatment and management of conditions that include:
Stress, Chronic Pain, Major Depression, Anxiety Disorders, Adjustment Disorder, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, and Personality Difficulties.

She is also experienced in the use of therapies that include:

Cognitive-Behaviour therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy Interventions (DBT), Narrative Therapy Interventions, Emotions Education Work.

She enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, socialising, and films in her leisure time.

2011-2014: Ballarat Health Services Mental Health Clinician- responsible for the provision of clinical mental health services to young people between 15-25 years of age and their families within the Grampians region. This role included mental health assessment, consultation, and evidence-based treatment, ranging from early detection and intervention for those known to be ‘at risk’ of developing a mental illness through to treatment and maintenance for those experiencing mental illness, including crisis assessment and intervention. She also worked collaboratively with other services in the treatment system, taking a holistic view of recovery.
